| 1. |
Grace Cosmetics Industries GMP Sdn Bhd (180270-D)
(hereinafter "The Company") and Master Distributor, Serata Dinamik
(hereinafter "The Distributor"), jointly makes available
Product Vouchers (hereinafter "Vouchers")
to the general public as prizes through MY FM Radio.

| 2. |
A winner (hereinafter "The Claimant") may redeem the Voucher only for
The Company's Daily Solutions range of cosmetics products
(hereinafter "The Products")
that is equivalent or less than the amount stated on the face of the Voucher,
from participating pharmacies/resellers (hereinafter "The Resellers").
The Claimant is responsible for covering any shortfalls by paying cash,
if the value of the Products requested exceeds the amount stated on the
Voucher.
Any amount not claimed is not redeemable for cash.

| 3. |
The Company reserves the absolute right to annul any Voucher,
should the Voucher found not to be in compliance with the following:
- company rubber stamp and authorized signature of the Distributor
- Claimant's details duely completed at the back of the Voucher,
and a photocopy of the Claimant's National
Registration Identity Card (hereinafter "IC") attached
- company rubber stamp of MY FM Radio
- company rubber stamp of the Resellers
- the Voucher is not defaced such as to defeat authentication by
illegibility
- the Voucher is duely claimed for Products from the Resellers
on or before the Expiry Date stipulated on the Voucher

The Resellers are responsible for verifying the authenticity of each Voucher claimed, by
- calling the Distributor immediately when each Voucher is claimed
- confirming the 16 (sixteen) characters found at the
bottom of the Voucher with the Distributor
- presenting to the Distributor, complete details of
the Claimant. The Distributor may further requests the Voucher
and the details of the Claimant to be faxed.
The Distributor will thereafter pronounce the validity of the Voucher.

The Distributor is further charged with the responsibility of collecting
all claimed Vouchers from the Resellers, and returning
the Vouchers to the Company within 7 (seven) working days.

| 6. |
The Company will initiate legal proceedings against any person or persons
that is or are suspected to have abused this claim process, or to have
submitted fraudulent claims.
